Did a great job on our porch; the installers were fun and professional. They also did a wonderful job on our first porch a year before we moved, which is why we used them again.

I had them come on May 2nd to measure and provide a quote on a new front bay window and back door. After 3 weeks waiting for them to get back to us, I called and got a qoute for $9K for the front window, which was a shock and we decided to skip that. The back door qoute was reasonable. I scheduled them to come 2nd week of June to replace back door. They did not show. I called twice, leaving messages. Now it is 7/13 and I have moved to a different company. The new windows vendor gave us a quote of $3K for the front window and same price for back door as this company, which we went with. Clearly this company did not need our business.

Terrible craftsmanship on our new home, with property damage they refused to take responsibility for. They cut into a freshly painted deck and dropped closed cell foam that stains on it. We had also been waiting for 5 months for them to have our windows installed only to find out they never ordered them.

Professional company that does great work with quality products! You won’t be disappointed!
